How it works
- Choose your level and colour – red, white or a mix, delivered every 1, 2 or 3 months.
- We pick and deliver – your box arrives with free delivery, every time.
- Taste and learn – each wine comes with its own VinoCru tasting card. As soon as your box ships, the notes upload automatically to your VinoCru folder in the new Searsons app, ready for you to add your own thoughts and ratings.

Where it’s from
The Mosel river snakes through some of the steepest vineyards in the world, with vines clinging to slopes of dark slate above the water, often tended by hand.
Climate & style
A cool, northerly region. South-facing slopes catch the sun while the river and slate reflect and hold warmth, so grapes ripen slowly, keeping bright acidity and moderate alcohol: light, vivid and precise.
In the winery
Organically farmed grapes are fermented with their own natural yeasts, then the wine rests on its lees in large old oak casks for texture rather than oaky flavour.
What to look for
Ripe stone fruit and fresh herbs; peach, lime and a stony, slate-like freshness.
At the table
Seafood, sushi, roast chicken or pork, and gently spiced Asian dishes.
On the back: space for your own tasting notes – sweetness, acidity, body, finish, aromas and your rating – plus a QR code that opens your VinoCru folder in the Searsons app.
