At Searsons there's nothing we enjoy more than finding new, exciting wines for our customers. We try to give our tastings variety with a range of subjects covered across the year.

A panel tasting with Severine Schlumberger of Domaine Schlumberger in Alsace and Steffan Christmann of Weingut C Christmann in the Pfalz. Followed by a walkaround tasting of 25 Rieslings from around the World.

We'll be looking at where is next for Riesling, styles that are emerging and the expression of terroir from some of the best sites in the World. BUYING BURGUNDY - WHERE ARE WE NOW? A tasting with Harriet Tindal MW

Harriet will be talking about the recent 2022 vintage, looking at how prices are doing and tasting across the communes to find a wine that works for you.

Join us for the first VinoCru Tasting of 2024. We're looking forward to opening some decent bottles, talking vintages, prices and generally admiring a few bottles from this exceptional region. Master of Wine Harriet Tindal will be leading the tasting on her favourite subject.

We welcome all wine drinkers, whether you want to learn about Burgundy, deepen your knowledge or just taste some excellent wine. This tasting caters for everyone.

This year again, we are pleased to welcome a number of the producers back to Ireland.

SOLD OUT Masterclass: ‘The ageing profile of Barolo.’

This year's masterclass will be a panel tasting and discussion led by Harriet Tindal MW. We'll be tasting vintages from the past 15 years from Cavallotto, Luigi Einaudi, Guido Porro and Rocche Costamagna. Vintage comparisons and discussions on the structural evolution of these wines will be our focus.

Tasting: 3.30pm – 7.00pm

Tickets are 30 euro per taster. This will be deducted from any purchases made on the offer.

An evening celebrating sustainability with incredible wines & local foods from ethically driven estate Killruddery. Inspired by the autumn abundance of produce from their Walled Garden and Farm, Head Chef Niall O’Sullivan and his team will prepare a four-course vegetable and estate-reared meat focused menu. We are delighted to welcome Christelle Alias, wine maker and 5th generation owner of Domaine Sainte Marie des Crozes, to Monkstown.


This extraordinary evening will feature four vintages of this iconic wine along with stablemate Overture and Cuvee Hemera from Champagne Henriot. The wines are paired with an exquisite six course menu from Chef and Patron of Bresson, Temple Garner. We are delighted to welcome Charlie Matthews, head of Europe at Opus One, who will guide us through these truly magnificent wines.
