Smith Haut Lafitte Dinner with Tracey Dobbin MW

We are delighted to welcome Tracey Dobbin MW to Ireland, fresh from her move to Château Smith Haut Lafitte.
Rooted in sustainability and guided by a distinctly modern vision, Smith Haut Lafitte is entering an exciting new era. Owned by the three Cathiard sisters and now with Tracey helping to shape its international direction, this is a château taking a fresh, confident approach to Bordeaux.
Hosted in the Terrace Room at Wilde Restaurant, the evening will feature a four-course dinner matched with wines from Smith Haut Lafitte, alongside wines from sister estate Le Thil, increasingly recognised for producing exceptional Merlot from its unique clay soils in Pessac-Léognan.
The dinner will be a celebration of vision, sustainability and the leadership of strong women, offering guests a rare insight into the future of Smith Haut Lafitte and the evolving face of Bordeaux.
THE WINES OF GREECE

This is a FREE (!) walk in tasting, there is no need to book or call ahead. We are delighted to welcome Greek wine supremo, Jenny Thompson, to Searsons. Born purely from a love for Greek wines, Jenny has built a seriously impressive portfolio, which represents the quality and diversity of modern Greek wines. Pop in to chat with Jenny and taste a selection of her own import wines.
STAG'S LEAP, NAPA VALLEY

This is a FREE (!) walk in tasting, there is no need to book or call ahead. We welcome Leonardo Casini of Stag's Leap to taste a range from the world famous Napa wines. These include the Karia Chardonnay , Artemis, Cabernet Sauvignon and The Fay ‘Single Vineyard’ Cabernet Sauvignon.

We are delighted to welcome Irish wine-maker, Simon Tyrrell to Monkstown this May. Between his work commitments in the vineyards of 'Les Deux Cols', Simon will be taking time out to host a tasting of 8 wines from the fabulous Ogier range of Rhone wines.
