Tuesday 15th October, 7pm, Hawksmoor, College Green, Dublin 2
This special event will be hosted by Phelan Segur's commercial director Eugénie Meynard, along with Master of Wine, Harriet Tindal. The evening will begin with a Champagne reception in Hawksmoor's elegant cocktail bar. Once seated, guests will be served two vintages of Phélan Ségur's second wine, Frank Phélan, followed by four vintages of Château Phélan Ségur—2011, 2014, 2017, and 1995—expertly paired with Hawksmoor’s exquisite cuisine.

To celebrate Spanish Wine Week we are hosting a tasting celebrating what is great from Spain. Harriet will talk us through a selection of wines to illustrate the diversity and complexity that emerges from the many landscapes in the Spanish viticultural area.

This year's masterclass will be a panel tasting and discussion led by Harriet Tindal MW. We'll be tasting vintages from the past 15 years from Cavallotto, Luigi Einaudi, Guido Porro and Rocche Costamagna. Vintage comparisons and discussions on the structural evolution of these wines will be our focus.
