The Nardi family have farmed vineyards in the Conegliano Valdobbiadene region of north eastern Italy for the last one hundred years. However, it was in 1981 that seven Nardi brothers, currently at the helm of the estate, decided to convert the land to organic and biodynamic viticulture. The family own 20 hectares of vines but also purchase grapes from other certified organic vineyards.

Fresh in taste and colour with plenty of citrus fruit flavours. ''Sgajo'' means smart and exuberant in the local dialect where this vegan sparkling wine is produced. Delicately sweet and aromatic on the finish, rounded out superbly by a luscious mouthfeel brimming with green apple and vanilla.
