The Portal da Estrela wines are made by up-and-coming winemaker Tiago Macena, high in the hills beneath the Serra da Estrela. The vineyards are farmed regeneratively, to restore soil health, encourage biodiversity and improve grape quality, giving wines that tell the story of their terroir.
