Winnica Moderna, established in 2015 by former banker Nestor Kościański, is a boutique winery located in Krakowiany, approximately 20 km north of Wrocław, Poland. Nestled in the Trzebnickie Hills, the vineyard spans 2.4 hectares of loess soil, benefiting from a favorable microclimate that supports the cultivation of grape varieties such as Johanniter, Riesling, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Gris .

Embracing a "less is more" philosophy, Winnica Moderna focuses on minimal intervention in winemaking. Grapes are handpicked, and techniques like cold maceration and extended lees aging are employed to produce wines that are fresh, mineral-driven, and expressive of their terroir
