Tasting Notes

Fresh aromas of lime blossom, jasmine and fresh acacia honey, thyme and ginger, broken by notes of refreshing peach, juicy pear, ripe pomelo and elderflower lemonade. Well structured, creamy and mineral. The high acidity blends coherently with the ripe fruit character. Very long finish - it leaves a feeling of a full, juicy, fruity finish.
