A lesser known 1er Cru, Beune Teurons is seen as one of the two best plots in Beaune with Greves the other. It was classified in 1955. 

The nose is lightly spiced with damson led fruit and elegant violet tones. A filigree tannic system gently structures the fruit with hints of forest floor adding complexity and depth.

Tasting Notes

This is one of Bouchard’s standard bearers. Dark ruby/garnet colour. Very intense bouquet unveiling flavours of stewed red fruit and spices. Fleshy, round and perfumed mouth with a delicate structure. Round fruit aromas with and oaky note on the nose, Soft and generous on the palate, in a lovely harmonious marriage.
