Tasting Notes

This wine comes from a single vineyard plot of Viura
grown in clay-calcareous soils.
The wine remains in contact with its skins for a few hours before it is blended and then fermented without skin.
Wine is fermented in small capacity stainless steel tanks and aged over lees in 225 and 300 used oak barrels . During the aging process we conduct a battonage every week.
