This wine comes from a single vineyard plot of Viura.
The wine remains in contact with its skins for a few hours before it is blended, Aromas of baked apples and quince on the nose, the palate is lush & rounded, with pear and citrus fruits and a fine, fresh, balancing acidity. A white wine for winter!
