Blanc de Blancs, Dom Janton, Poland, Sparkling non-vintage.
Dom Jantoń is a boutique, family-owned winery located in Wymysłów Francuski, in the heart of Poland's Łask Uplands. Founded in 2013 by Jacek Jantoń, the estate spans approximately 5–6 hectares of sandy, heat-retaining soils ideal for viticulture. Now led by his daughter, Beata Jantoń—an oenologist trained in Bordeaux and a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu—the winery specializes in premium sparkling wines crafted using the traditional method of secondary fermentation in the bottle. Their portfolio also includes still whites, rosés, naturally sweet late-harvest wines, and ciders. Notable offerings like the Brut Nature and Blanc de Blancs, both made from Seyval Blanc, have garnered acclaim for their finesse and expressive aromatics. Dom Jantoń's commitment to quality has been recognized with over 40 awards in both Polish and international wine competitions. Visitors can explore the winery and its offerings through guided tastings and events.
