A supple, cherry-scented Valpolicella from one of the great family names of the Veneto.
85% Corvina Veronese, 10% Rondinella and 5% Corvinone. Just-ripe red cherry and prune with hints of almond and savoury notes. Medium-bodied, with smooth, moderate tannins.
Drink it with: Pizza, pasta, salumi or lighter red meat dishes.

The producer: Sergio Zenato founded the winery in 1960, and it is now run by his children, Alberto and Nadia. Their 95 hectares run from the shores of Lake Garda to Valpolicella.
