A beautifully made organic Prosecco Superiore from a family estate that went organic and biodynamic back in 1981.

100% Glera. Hawthorn, wisteria, white orchard fruit and herbs on the nose; a crisp, savoury palate of white peach, green apple and lemon zest, softened by a creamy mousse.

Drink it with: An aperitif, seafood, sushi or light antipasti.

The producer: The Nardi family has farmed in Conegliano Valdobbiadene for a century, and seven Nardi brothers run the estate today.
