Featured wine: Ridolfi, Rosso di Montalcino, Tuscany (organic, 100% Sangiovese). Ridolfi has grown Sangiovese on the cooler north-eastern slopes of Montalcino since 1290, and since its revival in 2011 the estate has made some of the region's most elegant, structured wines. The Rosso, from carefully selected parcels, is a more approachable, fruit-forward Sangiovese with floral aromas, ripe red fruit and freshness, made to be enjoyed younger than Brunello.
