The Nardi family have farmed vineyards in the Conegliano Valdobbiadene region of north eastern Italy for the last one hundred years. However, it was in 1981 that seven Nardi brothers, currently at the helm of the estate, decided to convert the land to organic and biodynamic viticulture. The family own 20 hectares of vines but also purchase grapes from other certified organic vineyards.

A creamy and luscious mousse on this organic and vegan prosecco is rounded out by zingy acidity and mouth-watering minerality. On the nose, expect pear and orange blossom, that follow through onto a palate that also boasts stone fruit flavours of peach and apricot.
