Laurent-Perrier was established in Tours-sur-Marne in 1812 and was the first family-owned independent Champagne House. The name “Laurent-Perrier” was created by Mathilde Emilie Perrier, widow of Eugène Laurent, who combined the two family names after the House was expanded. The House was built around 4 strong convictions: blending, a unique style, the Chardonnay grape variety and innovation. Laurent-Perrier has been avant-garde in creating unique and elegant Champagne for nearly 200 years, making it one of the world's most esteemed Champagne Houses and also the largest family-owned brand.

The wine is white gold in colour with a fine and persistent sparkle. A nose of great complexity offering notes of beeswax, candied lemon, honeysuckle and hawthorn followed by aromas of toast and orange.
A lively attack that gives way to a creamy and elegant palate with notes of candied lemon and honeysuckle.

"A blend of equal parts Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, as usual, this bottle of the 2015 Brut Millésimé was disgorged in November 2022 with seven grams per liter dosage. Offering up aromas of confit citrus and peach mingled with notes of fresh bread, buttered toast and white flowers, it's medium to full-bodied, pillowy and layered, with good concentration and chalky grip on the finish."
