The 2021 Riesling is a blend of three carefully chosen parcels from Tasmania’s rugged East Coast and South Australia’s world renown Clare Valley. The wine was then left on light lees for six weeks prior to bottling young and fresh. The combination of these parcels has created a wine of freshness, elegance and vitality. Lifted fragrance of kaffir lime, fresh herbs, jasmine and green apple.
