Following the tasting, we will gather for a single shared table — an opportunity to continue the conversation in a relaxed and informal setting.

Following the Irish Wine Geese connection, the evening will begin with a palate-cleansing glass of Sugrue South Downs served alongside hors d’oeuvres, before sitting down to a three-course dinner.

Wines from the tasting — including two vintages of Château Lynch-Bages — will be served with the meal, allowing you to revisit the wines in context and see how structure, tannin and balance evolve at the table.

With just ten guests, this will be an open and discussion-led evening. Alongside Harriet Tindal MW, Commercial Director Pierre-Louis Araud will share insight into the estate’s long-term direction, vineyard investment and how leading Bordeaux properties are future-proofing themselves in a changing climate and market.
