"A lovely and savory Pinot Noir from Burgundy, France! In the glass it’s a brilliant ruby colour. The inviting bouquet includes aromas of black raspberry, strawberry, smoked meat, wet granite, and lilac. On the palate, it is silky smooth and supple, medium bodied, moderately acidic, elegant and still fresh. Flavors of red cherry, strawberry, mushrooms and notes of earthy cranberry and black pepper. Round tannins complement a dry and very long finish. Pair with a coal fired mushroom and onion pizza."
