Tasting Notes

Grapes from a single vineyard with clay-limestone soils with some pebble stone layers. Juice is fermented protectively to emphasise crisp and lively fruits, with some time on fine lees and battonage to create a rich body to accompany the fresh fruit. Bright straw colour with tropical aromas of melon and papaya, and as it opens, more subtle herbal notes. Fresh and juicy palate, with bright citric notes of white grapefruit and balanced acidity.
