Tasting Notes

Golden orange in colour and aromas of ripe stone fruits, figs and dried herbs on the nose. Where as most Orange wines anonymise varietal, Animalia actually has a grassy Sauvignon tang beneath the Orange structure. Clever, tasty stuff from Emiliana. This is a versatile wine that makes a great pairing with cheeses and charcuterie. It can also be served to match with white meats and fish.
