Calafuria is a rosé wine made from the Negroamaro grape by Tormaresca in Masseria Maìme Estate, which is located in one of the most beautiful areas of Upper Salento. The estate extends along the Adriatic coast and covers an area of about 500 hectares, 350 of which are planted with vines and 85 with olive groves.
