Perfect summer sipping – and not a spirit in sight!

1.5 oz Vermut  

0.5 oz Fresh Grapefruit Juice

2 oz  Prosecco Frizzante ‘Sora Loc’


Add Vermut and grapefruit juice to a coupe glass and top with chilled Prosecco wine. Garnish with grapefruit peel. This is very easy to make and is a very refreshing cocktail, perfect for spring and summer sipping!

to garnish, ice, a sprig of rosemary or thyme, and a slice of orange


Add Vermouth to equal parts Poacher’s Citrus tonic, garnish with a sprig of rosemary and an orange twist. The citrus tonic and Vermouth complement each other perfectly with the end result being a rich and sophisticated mixed drink.
