This remotely situated domaine is one of the region’s leading estates, run by Patricia Boyer-Domergue since 1990. Very elegant wines with a Burgundian quality are produced from the organically farmed 12 hectares of vineyards. In the cellar Patricia uses only a small amount of oak and in some wines, none at all, preferring to keep the wines in tank longer. These are very fine wines from a very fine estate.

Tasting Notes
A blend of Grenache, Syrah and Mourvèdre, partially aged in oak. Medium to full bodied with aromas of brambly fruit and a touch of caramel. Superbly balanced with a concentrated, yet elegant, texture.
