Tasting Notes

The 2018 vintage was of very good quality which allowed the winery to have fresh, light and fruity wines. Beautiful golden yellow color. Fine to very fine bubbles. Very fine and subtle nose. Notes of yellow fruit, pastry cream and minerals. Fresh and full mouthfeel.
