Tasting Notes

The grapes for this wine were hand-selected at every stage to ensure that only the best grapes made it into final product. The wine is aged for up to 6 months on the lees to give it a lovely full body. I think that this wine is incredibly stylish, with an exotic floral bouquet that unleashes an explosion of tropical fruit flavours on the palate
