Tasting Notes

Wonderful creamed black fruits are allied to smoky, tarry notes on the palate to give a gloriously pitch-perfect rendition of Pomerol in 2011.
Black Forest cake notes leading the way, followed by loam, plum sauce, roasted fig and singed alder flavors that form the core and finish.
