Tasting Notes
The xarel-lo aged in the barrel adds complexity to the aromas of this cava, saline notes, vanilla and toasted nuts, the creaminess of pastry memories, which blend harmoniously with the fresh sensations of white fruit, such as apple, and the delicacy of white flowers. Unctuous attack, combining malic and citrus notes, which give it breadth and structure, and the salinity of the xarel·lo in wood makes it very fresh and elegant. It is an intense, fruity and very Mediterranean cava… like the sea!
