The ancient southern French wine-producing region of La Clape is distinctly Mediterranean. The vineyards slope gently down towards the shoreline and bask in over 300 days of sunshine per year. By night cool sea air carries with it moisture that not only allows the grapes to achieve their full flavour and ripeness but also imparts a freshness which is reflected in the elegant character of the finished wine.
