Created in 2017 by husband-and-wife entrepreneurs, Craig Hutchison and Maria Sehlstrom – Ceder’s joined Pernod Ricard in January 2021.

Ceder’s recipe has been developed by distilling both classic botanicals like juniper with more exotic botanicals like rooibos and buchu, sourced from the Cederberg Mountains of the Western Cape in South Africa – where Ceder’s gets its name.

Tasting Notes

The distinctive taste of juniper with delicate citric notes combined with the fresh, crisp flavour of cucumber and the floral and earthy aroma of chamomile. Its light and refreshing character with hints of lavender and mint notes helps deliver an invigorating kick with a delightfully soft finish.
