About This Wine...
Only 100 cases produced in an average year.
Grapes are hand harvested and whole bunches are fermented in a 1000-liter wooden tank with indigenous yeast. The wine cooled by ambient air and fermentation takes place over 8 months. The wine ages for about 8 months and is bottled without fining or filtration and zero sulfur is added.
Incredibly this white smells & looks as if it’s going to be sweet! On the nose – a scent of honey, red apples and canned peaches. Full and fresh in taste with a slightly bitter red apple fruit. Lightly creamy with a dry finish.
