About This Wine...
Founded in 1925 in Verona, a result of the family’s love of Valpolicella. Three generations later the family with a Veronese heart and international soul, share the same great love: viticulture and the production of unique wines.
Winemaking
The grapes are vinified in white. The must undergoes a slight cleaning by static settling. Beginning of fermentation is carried out by inoculation of selected yeasts at controlled temperature of 16-18° C. Then the product is cleaned and stocked in stainless steel tanks.
Geographic Area: Veneto region, in the province of Verona and Treviso.
Soil: Calcareous and marly soil, with alluvial residuals of mediumblend.
Grape Varieties: Pinot Grigio 100%.
Food Pairings: Ideal with starters, delicate first course dishes, fish or white meat. To be served at 12 ° C.
