About This Wine...
100% Melon de Bourgogne. A shiny straw yellow colour; strong nose with hawthorn, citrus and lemon aromas. A fresh, harmonious, concentrated palate.
In order to respect the vines and the « terroir », winemaker Laurent Perraud follows sustainable farming to limit the yield and have the best quality. The « Terra Vitis » charter guarantees quality production methods respecting the environment,
following the specific rules certified by this independent organization.
Maturity analyses are carried out regularly in order to decide on the optimum harvest date.
The winemaking process is done as follows:
Direct pressing.
Winemaking in tanks with temperature controlled fermentations.
Wine making process and storage on lees all winter long.
Filtration and bottling, starting in the spring.

mouth, the attack is excellent and fresh, harmonious and concentrated, giving this wine a real aging potential.
