About This Wine...
The parcel tended by Louis Michel & Fils is located in the lower part of the valley. Wines produced from these vineyards are tight, with wonderful salinity and full body, and are even creamy on the palate. Aged in stainless steel tanks, for at least 18 months. The nose reveals notes of rhubarb and acacia flower. Fine and elegant in the mouth, with buttery, brioche aromas, and a dominant hint of coconut.
“Intense nose, and great follow through. Juicy but not sweet. One of those wines that almost makes you want to write ‘mineral’. Exciting stuff. Super nervy. Drink 2020 – 2034.”
