About This Product...

6 bottle mixed case.

The white wines of the Loire Valley are among the finest in the whole of France. The cool northern European climate produces wines that are elegant, moderate in alcohol and without oak, a pure expression of Terroir and grape. The region is home to two of the world’s great grape varietals, Sauvignon Blanc & Chenin. The Chenin grape dominates the westerly vineyards of the Loire,  while the Sauvignon vine begins to dominate as you move east along the valley, finally arriving at the great wine appellations of Sancerre & Pouilly Fume. The Melon de Bourgogne grape is synonymous with the wines of Muscadet , the most westerly appellation of the region near the Atlantic Ocean. The whites wines of this beautiful and magnificent region are spectacularly diverse. This hand picked selection  of wine is designed to illustrate the different styles and character of each region, with examples of the very best each appellation has to offer. Enjoy!
