About This Wine...
“Notes of citrus peel, lavender, lilac and a wide range of mostly white orchard fruit aromas introduce impressively rich, full-bodied and dense flavors that possess a seductively succulent mouth feel, all wrapped in a beautifully persistent finish. In contrast to some of the prior wines, this could be approached young if desired. Note that this too is very much worth your interest.”

“The 2015 Saint-Aubin 1er Cru En Remilly (from two parcels), is excellent, offering up a pure and unadorned bouquet of crisp green apples, white flowers and crushed chalk that’s classic Lamy. On the palate, the wine is medium to full-bodied, stony and saline, with bright, tangy acids and a pure, mineral finish. Right now, it’s tight-knit and reserved, so several years’ patience is advised. Drink 2020 – 2030.”
