“…very grown up Chenin Blanc… bone dry, touch of almond, baked red apple…. bargain at the price.” Tom Doorley, the Irish Daily Mail, 28th April 2018
Delicious as an apéritif and goes well with shellfish, fish and cheeses. Ideal serving temperature: 12°C
The dynamic François Xavier Barc is co-owner of both the Domaine à Deux and the negoçiant business, Complices de Loire. Domaine vineyards are in the Loir-et-Cher area and focus on pure, elegant, everyday wines. The negoçiant range covers a greater area and represents wines where FX works closely with the growers and sends in his own team for harvesting. With the grapes coming from more prestigious appellations, the wines are more ambitious with denser, richer flavours. All retain his handprint of finesse.
