About This Product...
Liam Campbell selects this as a great wine for Fathers Day describing it as “A meaty black pudding spicy bouquet. Gravelly texture like a two-day stubble. The mid-palate is lifted by black pastille fruit and a mouth-watering juicy finish.” and as a food match he recommends grilled tuna steaks topped with and fried diced aubergine, tomato and garlic. thetaste.ie June 2018

The Winery
Owned by the Harvey family since 1964: 220 acres of vines under organic viticultural practices. High quality wines with a Mediterranean influence. This James Halliday 5* winery leads the pack of the next generation of family owned Australian wineries, producing wines which display purity, balance and are a reflection of their terroir. Winemaker Renae Hirsch uses minimal intervention, guiding the wines through maturation to maintain freshness while having purity, elegance and structure.
