'Soils and their effect on taste' - The September VinoCru Tasting
Our Vino Cru members are growing both in numbers and in knowledge!
Terroir is a word, mostly used by the French and questioned by scientists. While there is no official link between soil type and the taste of wines made on these soils, we as wine lovers can recognise the origins of wines by the expression and structure the soil lends the wine.
This tasting will look at various soils and the resultant effect on the wine. No such thing as minerality? We shall see about that. Join Harriet Tindal MW to taste and discuss over a range representative wines.
Tickets are €45 and based on a first come first served basis.
