Saint Jean des Sources, Picpoul de Pinet, Languedoc, 2023

Domaine Morin Langaran (remarkably created in 1330)  is located on a calcareous plateau covered with very small stones and fine sand. The vines face the morning sun and a dominant dry, cold wind which dries the soil. This lack of water is partially balanced by the sea sprays coming from the Bassin of Thau which allows for a very special terroir.
