We are delighted to be welcoming Stu Mosman to the shop on Thursday 15th March for a tasting of the range of wines from Chalk Hill in Australia’s McLaren Vale.
This is a great opportunity to taste all 7 wines in this new range to us, and to hear from Stu himself first hand. Owned by the Harvey family since 1964 Chalk Hill is made up of 220 acres of vines under organic viticultural practices. High quality wines with a Mediterranean influence. This James Halliday 5* winery leads the pack of the next generation of family owned Australian
wineries, producing wines which display purity, balance and are a reflection of their terroir. Winemaker Renae Hirsch uses
minimal intervention, guiding the wines through maturation to maintain freshness while having purity, elegance and structure.
Jock Harvey manages the vineyards and his brother Tom directs the business under general manager Stu Mosman.
As always places will be limited, to book your place and find out a little more about the wines, please click here. Tickets are €15 per person and can also be bought in store or over the phone. We look forward to seeing you then!
