There is a big focus on French wine this Autumn at Searsons, with new arrivals from the Languedoc, Bergerac, Beaujolais and the Rhone Valley. We have some fantastic new wines that suit the season perfectly. Robust reds and rich, aromatic whites – we will be opening them all for tasting throughout October and into November.

We are very excited about taking on the Domaine Lardy wines from Beaujolais. These wine pick up many glowing reviews both nationally and internationally, but decide for yourself if they are up to it! Open to taste Friday 11th, Saturday 12th and Sunday 13th of October.

The amazing new range of Saint-Chinian wines from Domaine des Jougla will be open to sample on Friday 18th, Saturday 19th and Sunday 20th October. The range includes a Saint Chinian white blend of Vermentino, Grenache Blanc & Viognier, and also a 100% Viognier.

Irish wine-maker and importer Simon Tyrrell has many strings to his bow. Simon has for many years imported the most comprehensive and impressive range of Rhone wines into Ireland. His knowledge and passion for Rhone Valley wines remains second to none within the Irish wine trade. Simon is establishing himself as a highly talented wine maker, most notably with the property he co-owns in the southern Rhone, Les Deux Cols. We will be opening all 4 wines from the Deux Cols range over the bank holiday weekend Friday 25th to Monday 28th October.

We will tasting a selection of our NEW Bergerac wines from Chateau Moulin Caresse and Domaine des Costes on Friday 8th, Saturday 9th and Sunday 10th of November.
