Clonakilty Double Oak is matured in a combination of ex-bourbon casks, virgin American oak and shaved and re-toasted European oak casks.

Soft spices, vanilla, ripe apple and pear on the nose. On the palate there is ginger, hazelnut and almond notes. Long finish with toffee sweetness and spices lingering on the palate.
